Do you only rent passenger vans?
In addition to our minivan, 12-passenger, and 15-passenger rental vans, we also rent cargo vans. See our fleet offerings for more information.
What is included in the rental price?
Along with convenient pickup and drop-off options, a fleet of new, well-maintained rental vans, and exceptional customer service, a host of features and benefits is included with your rental from United Van Rentals.
Amenities include back-up cameras, USB and auxiliary ports, stereo, and front & rear A/C, and tinted windows. There is free mileage for all rentals of 6 days or more, and additional equipment is available for a fee.
What extra charges will be added?
When you begin the online booking process, you’ll see the total rate for your reservation. Unless you add optional services and features, exceed applicable mileage limits, return your vehicle without a full tank, or violate any aspects of your rental policy, your total rate will not change.
What optional equipment is available?
For your convenience, we offer GPS systems, child car seats, luggage racks, bike racks, and tow hitches.
Is there a mileage limit on rentals?
There is no mileage limit for rentals of 6 days or more. For shorter rental periods, the free mileage allowance per day depends on the type of vehicle.
What are the pickup and drop-off policies?
We offer contactless 24/7 pickup and drop-off for your convenience at sites including select airports, hotels, and other locations. From many of our locations, delivery and pick-up from businesses or residences can also be arranged.
Do I need special insurance to rent a van?
Proof of insurance is required to drive our vehicles. We recommend that you check with your insurer regarding specific coverage; note that many carriers exclude multi-passenger vans from their coverage. Insurance is available through United Van Rentals at both daily and weekly rates.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
After your reservation is confirmed, we require cancellation notification at least 72 hours in advance. Fees may apply.
Are one-way rentals available?
Yes. Unlike other rental companies that no longer offer one-way booking, United Van Rentals is proud to offer this convenience. Enter your pickup and drop-off locations when booking to view pricing.
