Do not rent from this business if you expect to be treated kindly. My mother is 67 years old. She rented a van for our family to take on a road trip for her birthday. We rented from the 19th to the 22nd of July. My mom made the mistake of putting the 22nd when we actually needed the van until the 23rd. When she was informed of her mistake she responded to Tony and apologized profusely, he ignored her message. My mother understood she would have to pay for the extra day and mileage. When returning the van on the 23rd, my mother asked to speak with Tony, the general manager, to apologize and show him a few issues - as the van was indeed falling apart. The main thing she wanted to inform him of was the fact that the steering wheel would shake rapidly when the car hit 60mph. Tony responded by yelling at my mother and told her the issues were fine. Tony continued on about how the van was late and that is the issue. Tony stood 6 feet from my mother yelling and refused to hear anything she had to say. Tony continued on and on about how people were waiting for the late van but then made the mistake of mentioning the people had not even landed yet. However, Tony still continued to berate my mother until she cried. The van was returned clean (hand washed and vacuumed) and full of gas. I have filed a complaint with the state and reached out to the company's corporate office in California as Tony was claiming to be the owner. Please do not trust the Google reviews, check Yelp, the reviews are astronomically different. No individual deserves to be treated less than human due to a minor mistake that truly caused no major inconvenience since the next renters were not even in the state yet.

I would give it a zero if I could. Bad customer service. Not helpful at all. Very rude. Stay away you will regret it if you don't.

Greetings from Panama.Our experience with United Van Rentals was excellent, it complied with everything agreed in the contract.We recommend it. Clean and comfortable car. At the time of delivery, extremely punctual, no lines, zero waitingIf you are going to Los Angeles airport, arrive with enough time in advance, since due to the height of the van we chose, 9 feet 7 inches high, you can only park on level 1 and the parking lot is usually full.

United Van Rentals, was all what we expected. We rentedat las Vegas Office, and we can say that mr. Luciano is a superb manager. He attended all our request, van was a new Mercedes Sprinter (Very few miles) and in an excellent shape. Pick up and Drop off is really easy, and contact less. I can only recommend it for your needs in West Coast, i would repeat with United Vans, no question. Thank you again to mr. Luciano. It's a pleasure to deal with such a professional. 5 Stars.

Tony was amazing to work with and the van worked out great for our large group in Vegas. My father-in-law booked a car through another rental company and had to wait in line for hours and didn't end up getting a vehicle at all. I was easily able to get my van right away. We even drove it Disneyland and was able to turn it in at LAX. I highly recommend United Van Rentals and would absolutely use them again.

Great customer service. We had some minor issues with our van, but Tony and his team did everything to accomodate us and get us where we needed to be. The team at United Van Rentals have perfected their customer service and truly care about their customers. We will certainly be using them again if we need a van in the west coast.

This was such an easy rental experience! I could not have been more pleased. Tony was super responsive and provided very clear instructions!The van was super clean and for our golf trip the ideal and cheapest way to travel. Will be using them again.

I rented a 12 passenger Ford Transit from Oct 2-6th. They're located 8-10 mins from LAS airport. Ride share to & from the airport was around $12 each way. The pick up & drop off process is fast & simple. The reserved vehicle was in great shape, clean, full tank & ready to go. Will definitely use United Van Rentals again.
